Hey Dakka,

I've got a Night Lords Contemptor that needs two butcher cannons, but the big ones from Forgeworld just look too large (which makes sense, given the size of the Decimator they are intended for).

What are you guys using for Butcher Cannons? I don't just want to use standard Kheres Assault Cannons, but a cool conversion might be distinct enough for me to use them.

Post some pictures or solutions! Thanks a lot Dakka!

Could use the Hades Autocannons off a Forgefiend... they're a LITTLE bigger than the Kheres, but not stupidly so by comparison.

Butcher cannons are a magnitude bigger in damage and size over kheres cannons. The Decimator versions are almost too small for what they do, but if you think those are too big then you’ll probably not wanna use hades cannons either. Personally I think they’re just the right size for the amount of damage being thrown out. Here’s mine with a pair:
