Virulent Space Marine dedicated to Nurgle

This army was comissioned to me, may be parts of it were already shared here.
In this thread I will try to combine all Nurgle miniatures I currently possess.

I will start with the miniature which marked my return to 40k after I had sit out 7ed (at least the competitive part of it).
Design by me, paint by Yaroslav:

More pictures to come...

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Before I gather pictures from recent past, I want to go deeper and remember with what arsenal I finished at the end of the 5ed.
Different times - different artist.
Paintjob done by Chortos.

Abaddon (yeah, I am power hungry minmaxer, and during the death rattles of the fifth edition Abaddon was really good... and technically he has mark of nurgle now, so...):

Moving to his pimp ride mobile command point.
To my shame, it was usually used to transport Abaddon with a handful of Berzerkers, but they were Nurgle Berzerkers, I promise!

This combination won me many battles, especially when paired with infamous Oblilash tactic.

During the twilight years of 5th edition I had in my posession the box of SM battle company, alogn with several boxes of plague marines, csm and SM heroes. So 7 years ago I was aiming at quantity over quality, which resulted in over 200 (yeah, two hundreds) death guard marines in my collection. I won’t bother you with pictures of them en masse (mostly because my friends haven’t yet gifted me new lightbox they promised), but you get the idea:

Chaos Terminator Sorcerer:

Typhus:

Marines (Remember, quantity over quality! I post them for the contrast with the recent pieces of collection):

In the attempt to jump on the leaving train of 7ed I tried to squeeze all the power I could, which resulted in a peculiar addition to the Nurgle’s family:

Just awesome! Praise Nurgle.

Life is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless and perfunctory gift nobody ever asked for. Unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates. So you're stuck with this undefinable whipped mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down because there's nothing left to drink. Sure once in a while there's a peanut butter cup or a English toffee, but they're gone too fast and the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits of hardened jelly and teeth shattering nuts. If you're desperate enough to eat those all you've got left is a. An empty box, filled with useless brown paper wrappers.

Now that I have set the state of turmoil my Nurgle collection had been before release of 8ed, we can move on.
8ed is announced and on the horizon, 7ed is a clusterfusk... what to do?

30k!

So I will dedicate this post and will update here my current range of Pre-Heresy Death Guard.

It started with the Imperial Space Marine, wished to make a squad of those, but GW left me with a bunch of boxes I didn’t know what to do with...

“Sammael” is metal, so it was nightmare. I envy my friend who started Ravenwing army recently and got the guy in finecast.
30k one is pretty straightforward with usual resin problems, it’s like literally 3 pieces to put together, apart from the rider.

Frankly the only headscratching model i got from fw is decimator daemon engine, it is not immediately obvious how to assemble him, and sprues are really badly arrenged. His story will be covered tomorrow, and frankly it was the hired artist pain to suffer.

Wow, I really wish i had seen your Typhon before i did my one...

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind.
