Hi everyone, first post at Dakkadakka after a few months of "stalking"!
First of all, thank you in advance and please forgive my poor English writing skills since its not my main language.

In attending soon my first competitive tournament and I need some help to improve my list, the only restrictions are 2 detachments maximum and 0-2 all units, so I can't bring 3 tactical units for example. My thoughts on this list are simple, maximum aggression (SG and DC with character support and stratagems) and some fire support, mostly to deal with tanks and sit at objetives.

The captain is there for the hellblasters but I doubt about trading it for a sanguinary priest. I've been thinking too about switching the company ancient, the razorbacks or perhaps the hellblaster for a Stormraven and more mean tanks. What do you think about it?

Looks quite good.
In a tournament setting, you need more anti-tank.

You have no relic and no warlord trait. Always use boltguns on DC, twice the shots for free at 12". SS on captain is not worth 15 pts., he already has a 4+ invuln sv. Dont exchange him for a sang priest, rerolling 1s is perfect for overcharging hellblasters. And like wuestenfux said, you need more lascannons. I would exchange the sanguinor for a cheaper HQ unit (like a librarian with unleash rage), and use the saved points for lascannons on the razorback(s). The point cost of your DC squad is wrong. 9 models are 153 without JP, or 180 with JP. Did you check for updates on battlescribe ? You should reduce your deployment count, less single model units, increase the number of DC models. Having first turn is a big advantage.

Thanks for the advice, I also thought it was a bit low on the anti-tank department.

Made a couple changes based on your feedback, droped the Sanguinor for a Primaris Librarian (more durable and fighty for a couple points than a normal Librarian), added JP to DC which somehow I forgot and changed the bolt pistols to boltguns (Battlescribe is updated and the costs seem accurate, you have to account for the power swords) and changed the Razorbacks loadout to twin lascannons. I've also added the relic and warlord trait, the Veritas Vitae for those precious CP and the damage trait, though i'm bit doubtful about the trait.

It seems much more well rounded now. Any further tips?

my only constructive criticism would be to consider reviewing that death company squad? (hear me out?) I'm no blood angels player; full disclosure i'm codex marines, but my main opponent has always been the sons of sanguinius. just an avenue of thought, but those death company cant get dual chainswords can they? or rock chainsword+sword pseudo-khorne style? lets face it those bolter rounds are hardly going to be game breaking; shooting units you intend to charge just gives your opponent a chance to minimise the odds of you making the charge with your important and expensive melee unit. alternatively (rules allowing) an extra attack each would be lethal.

also consider the age old 'hidden fist' tactic. with their plenortha of attacks this point stands both with and apart from the advice above; a few multi-damage punches might be appreciated if you run into a primarch list and need to sell your lives dearly? I'd consider a pair of hammers (for concussive and no points increase) top do some additional heavy lifting? punching tanks and monstrous creatures is always satisfying...

Hope this helps? and sorry if I wasted time with the loadout suggestion? if possible I feel an extra attack per model would be brutal.

You need some ablative wound in the DC squad and a couple TH.

Don't forget the Grenade launcher on the intercessor.

Also you have no chaff remover like none at all.

Only Boltpistol or boltgun and a CC weapon.

Thats not an issue. With descent of angels for 2 CP DC can roll 3D6 for charging. DC gets +1 attack when they charge and +1 attack from the chainsword. Also they get +1 to wound when they charge. 15 DC models with boltguns and chainswords can seriously cripple, or even kill, a T7 W11 tank in one turn. DC is already pretty lethal with its basic gear. They can be buffed to insane levels, way beyond what a 30 model ork mob can do.

I'll see if I can take the grenade launcher, I'm quite short of points. What chaff remover do you suggest? I see that I could have a problem with lots of Brimstone units and the like but I can't afford dropping anti-tank and dropping more melee units would also be a problem. Perhaps switching the dread for heavy bolter devs?

About the DC comments, I can drop the Power Swords for chainswords and a couple TH, would that be better overall?

Thanks all again for the feedback, I sincerely didn't expect so much input on my first post and I'm quite grateful
