I searched, but couldn't find a clear discussion on this. I'm sure it's a super simple answer. I also wasn't sure based purely on the GW webpage photos.

Is there any overlap between the Dark Imperium sculpts and the First Strike set?

I realize that the First Strike is just the easy to build kits, but some things (for example the Primaris Sgt pointing) seem like they could be the same.

Dark Imperium & Know No Fear are the same sculpts/sprues. First Strike is basically a collection of 4 Easy To Build boxes, and are different sculpts/sprues.
