I'm curious on when the rules call for multiple things to happen at the end of the movement phase, which happens first. I'm primarily asking because I'm considering the viability of a combination between the new Necron relic, Veil of Darkness, and the Ghostwalk Mantle ability on Vargard Obyron. Both abilities occur at the end of any movement phase, so is it possible for me to say put the Veil on a Cryptek and move him up the field with Nemesor Zandrek, then turn around and jump Vargard Obyron with 10 Lychguard to them? The potential looks good for me because it ensures a 3 inch charge based off of the distances (which is unfailable with MWBD on the Lychguard). I'm sorry if this has been discussed somewhere else, but a quick search didn't turn anything up.

Page 4 of the battle primer explains it in the Sequencing sidebar. Whichever player's turn it is gets to decide the sequence for things happening simultaneously.

Thanks, I thought I remembered reading it somewhere, but wasn't quite sure. This list should be much less dependent on first turn than using the deceiver.
