Hello All,

Here are some photos of some of my recent works.

They are commissions and are painted as the customer wanted.

First, is the new plastic Eldrad Ulthran model painted in NMM. The customer wanted the model to be holding the sword instead of casting a spell. I made a minor conversion by removing the sword hilt from the scabbard and cleaning it up a bit. The model is made to be an "Either / Or" with this scabbard piece. Usually, if the model is made casting a spell he will have his sword in the scabbard on his back. If the sword is drawn, the scabbard is not supposed to be placed on the back because the sword is molded into the scabbard. This did not feel right, so I made a third option by removing the sword hilt from the scabbard and going ahead an placing the scabbard on his back. It took a little bit of finagling to get the scabbard cleaned up but I think it worked out.

Second, is the older metal Phoenix Lord Asurmen model painted in Saim-Hann colors. The customer wanted this model to match up with the rest of his Saim-Hann Eldar army. The banner is from the Original Eldar Codex from 1994 page 37. "Asurmen's Banner". The customer wanted the model on a larger base. I carved a ruined Saim-Hann symbol into the "concrete" base to make it look like he is standing in an Eldar Ruin. Again, to match the rest of the army.
This model is NOT NMM.

The customer wanted both models to be clean and new looking.

I hope you enjoy the photos of my work.

Thank you,

Great work. I thik the bases detract a bit from the Asurmen model - but the model itself is done lovely.

What and old model, yet he looks really sexy in that red.

The Phoenix Lord models still outshine most recent sculpts. No problems there.

They both look fantastic and it is always nice to see how well the classics hold up.
