With the new rule book out I'm excited to start playing 30k with my Iron Warriors. I got a little ahead of myself when ordering and bought an Iron Circle domitar. Are they worth taking? Do I need more than 1 to be effective? And can I take them by themselves or do I need to build an HQ choice around them?

They hit like freight trains and are fairly survivable but are very slow.

They are that they are. Incredigly hard to kill, dish out a TON of pain but ultimately will always fotoslog it across the table.

Main thing is though - they look total boss, so you should take them!

Take them in twos if you can spare the points, and a deredeo to boost their invuln to 3++, and watch them crumble whatever they can reach. Love the models, worst kit I've ever had to assemble though, I'd do another fire raptor before I touched another one.
