The idea here is pretty simple, get Berzerkers into position, drop in Skarbrand, trap enemy in melee, profit. Definitely a win-big lose-big, melee heavy list. The Storm Eagles can certainly do some heavy lifting in terms of taking out hard targets, but they really need to have your opponent distracted by loads of nastiness in melee, so they can go about their work unmolested.

Brass Collar of Borghaster becomes very useful with the Daemonic Possession stratagem that allows you to do double damage perils.

May possibly have Skarbrand drop on the first turn with a couple squads of Bloodletters to tie some stuff up on the first turn, in which case I could upgrade the Bloodletter banner to provide the 3d6" charge on the first turn. This could be enough distraction to get the Storm Eagles into position to deliver the Berzerkers in support of Skarbrand by 2nd turn when the Bloodletters are probably dead or dying.

Drop count is low enough that in most cases you should get the +1 to go first. Put 3 units in deep strike (Skarbrand, Bloodletters with instruments), 4 units on the table (Storm Eagles x2, vanilla Bloodletters, Bloodmaster).

Anyhow, seems like a fun list, probably not the most optimized as far as current meta goes, but definitely fun for a casual or small scale ITC tourney.

IIRC Skarbrand forces the enemy to roll 3D6 now and get lower than their LD if they run away now, so it's not an auto stay in combat. But I think it's a pretty solid Bitcoin list with extra amounts of volatility.
How many models does a Storm Eagle carry?

You'll need Fiends of Slaanesh for a guaranteed stay in combat, because people can't resist their multiple boobage.

Storm Eagle carries 20 models, so Storm Eagle one carries the smaller Berzerker squad, Chaos Lord, Exalted Champion and a squad of Cultists, Storm Eagle two carries a squad of Berzerkers and a squad of Cultists.

I tend to use the Cultists to suck up overwatch to get the Berzerkers into melee cleanly, usually works pretty well.

So the list is a total of 7 drops.
