Personally I think the Soul Grinder is pure trash and not even worth as much as a demon prince,

Other than that a change-caster (or other herald) would make those pink horrors much more scary, even more so if you went for the rereoll 1s to wound warlord trait.

I didn't see that CF is Str user instead of 3. That's huge.

I really want Soul Grinders to be good. I should probably just take another GCS.

Yeah soul grinders are hot garbage. Yeah pinks weapons are strength user and so are flamers of Tzeentch. Honestly flamers/exaulted flamers are the best units in the book. I would ditch the grinder, add a Herald or 2, add as many flamers as you can. I would also drop the pink units to 20 pints and 10 blues spitting to 10 brims. You retain the 20+ bonus and save some points.

Also drop the giant chaos spawn, at 75 points they were good, but at double the cost they are bad.
