So if I have a detachment from CD only with models with the same allegiance, all my characters in that detachment take the loci.
If let’s say by example I have a mono Nurgle detachment and my characters take the loci, does the loci and their aura affect models from my other detachments that have the keywords? Let’s say Nurgle obliterators.

Yes, the auras affect all applicable models regardless of the detachment they are in. If something is a NURGLE DAEMON it doesn't matter where in the army it was slotted in, it benefits.

It's only getting the Loci that needs a pure detachment.

Correct. Faction Keywords only differ from normal keywords in that they are used to determine if a detachment is legal or not, or if it benefits from some rule that needs a detachment of that type. In all other respects Faction Keywords and Normal Keywords act the same.
