Anyone else have difficulty with Kromlech? I had an item come broken, not a clean break that can easily be fixed. Emailed customer service, no response. Got a form email from them asking for feedback, no response.

They have some cool stuff, but if it's poorly packaged with no customer support, they aren't worth using.

I haven't purchased from the for a while, but the things I have purchased has been in excellent condition and properly packaged. I e-mailed them on one occasion and got a pretty swift response then.

It might be like GW, where email is a pain in the butt but you can call them on the phone and get much better service.

I've never had, but I've not had occasion to need customer service. My stuff always came very well packed though, as well. I'd say give them a call, or maybe poke them on FB if they're on and you're on (I don't FB so dunno). Maybe your email hit their junk response for some reason =/ Good luck hope it works out!

The only problem I ever had with Kromlech is they are not local!

Check your local gaming stores actually - when I was up visiting my sister in Washington, one of the local game stores actually carried some Kromlech bits!
