Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

So R&H have lost a large amount of their flavour this edition so here's one rule that could be brought back to give them some bite back:

R&H Warlord Traits

Ordnance Tyrant
If your warlord is part of a Spearhead Detachment in which all Heavy Support choices have the ARTILLERY keyword, you gain +1CP. As well as this, once during each friendly shooting phase you may select an ARTILLERY unit within 6" of your warlord; that unit may make an additional attack against an enemy unit within 1" of a friendly unit but said friendly unit takes d3 mortal wounds (if the unit contains 10+ models or has 10+ wounds the damage is increased to d6 mortal wounds).

Master of the Horde
If your army contains 6+ INFANTRY units, you gain +1CP. As well as this, each time a friendly RENEGADES AND HERETICS INFANTRY unit is destroyed, roll a d6; on a 6 that unit returns to play at it's original strength anywhere on the board more than 9" away from an enemy unit.

I've also got some ideas about new <covenant> rules to bring them in line with <regiments> but I want to hear thoughts on these 2 rules first.
