Subject: Necromunda (2017) House Rules -Scavies - version 1

So one of our club only has his old Scavies gang so this is version one of a list for him
As ever comments and suggestions welcomed.
Note: This also uses our House rules so all Gangs get access to all Common items (plus extras) at creation as it seems more logical and also because we play one offs.
