I have always assumed from his dark eyebrows that his hair was black, but I wonder if there has been any other confirmations of this.

Also the Karl Franz = 40k Emperor of Man thing makes me think they have the same hair.

Obviously a black and white drawing, but he clearly has dark hair. Probably black. I've gotta think his appearance must have been described in the End Times novels, but I can't recall any specific mention of his hair color.

According to the renders in Total War: Warhammer, he at least has dark brown eyebrows, so if that game is to be considered faithful to canon then he would probably have dark brown to black hair.
