Will a Warrior if Chaos with a runeshield near a Harbinger of Decay get a 5+ save for mortal wounds AND the Harbinger’s 5+ wound negation or just one of those saves? The Harbinger says when a wound or mortal wound is allocated to roll the 5+ and the wound is negated. Runeshields say to roll a 5+ when a mortal wound is suffered and then it is ignored. So would they roll the Harbinger save first, and if failed then the runeshield?

Yes you get both saves. Which one you roll first is up to you. If a normal wound is allocated to a chaos warrior near harbinger you get an armor save than the morbid vigor (harbingers ability) save. If a mortal wound is allocated, you would get a rune shield save and morbid vigor save.
