Yeah my sub delivery was correct, but the extra 10 I picked up from Tesco was a repeat of nine.

looking forward to my next batch, hopefully we'll see some more Marines as I just got some Salamander pads for my other half, she's always been a big fan of them.

I got a duplicate sprue in number 10. They just asked for a picture of the duplicate sprues to confirm the issue and told me I would recieve a correct sprue when they had them available.

Also silly question that just occured to me when I got the binder. Are we supposed to separate the different sections in each magazine? Is that why they have a bare glued spine and the numbering on the top right?

It's down to you but that is the intention.

I find it easier to wait until the end as you will get 4 binders worth of magazines and you will end up having to move parts across several times. Instead, I just add the in tact magazine to the binder for the time being.

Got an email from Hachette that there is going to be a delay to my next subscription;
"Thank you for subscribing to WARHAMMER 40,000: IMPERIUM.

Due to the success of the series, we are experiencing some stock shortages. Unfortunately, the delivery you were expecting this month is currently being reprinted, which means your subscription has been delayed.

We apologise for this disruption, and assure you we are doing everything we can to restock the issues and get them to you as quickly as possible. Please be assured, you will receive a complete collection, as well as all the free gifts, where applicable.

Heads up - Dark Sphere (UK) have over 1000 more issues of number 15 - the one with the Flayed Ones - coming. They've got the pre-order set to come down if they exceed their quota for delivery and its still active now.

So if you missed your chance earlier now its the time to jump on and get some flayed ones!

I just grabbed 8 issues (40 - ergo full two units of 20)

Same for me, no surprise given the demand outside of the sub.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but out of interest, they're closed to new subscribers due to demand. (I had hoped to jump back on the wagon after completing a move)

In other news Dark Sphere have 3500 on order of issue 15 now!

I'm guessing that they've burned through the initial 1500 they had earlier and have made another order.

Wow, over 5k orders from one individual retailer, these boys are really doing numbers huh.

Well as its pre-orders I assume the initial 1500 has just been added too rather than sold and removed; since its all a pre-order number. So just a straight 3500. That said its no shock; its basically £8 for a £32 kit of 5 models which come in units of 5-20 and are basically infantry for close combat so taking bigger units is highly advantageous.

I've just had to contact Forbidden Planet customer support. I'm still to get my 2x #10's. Anyone else not had them delivered yet via Forbidden Planet preorder?

I'm not too bothered with the delay if it means I get to sidestep the problems with the issues mind. They've charged though and said they were dispatched a fair while ago now.

Next 4 issues up on fauxhammer, none really worth buying

19 - Another of the containers
20 - Khorne Red and Troll Slayer Orange
21 & 22 - 10 Skitari between them. I guess its a saving of a couple of quid getting them for £18 (vs a 20% discount seller), but if you're an existing ad mech player you've probably got enough, and if you're a new one you're probably better putting the money towards the combat patrol.

Anyone here having trouble with paying for their subscription? Particularly in Ireland?

I’m having consistent problems with paying - tried three different credit cards, three different browsers, and two different devices - it keeps telling me there’s an issue with my card number.

Rang them up after it happened the first time and they told me that Irish cards aren’t working for transactions over a certain amount so managed to pay over the phone by breaking it into two smaller transactions. Then that didn’t work last month, only one would go through and my bank can’t find a problem on the card. Signed up for Revolut and paid off the remainder and now Revolut isn’t working this month.

Been met with a shrug from their customer service, they have a PayPal logo on the site but apparently that can only be used on new subscriptions? Makes no sense to me. I can’t see how it could be a problem on my end anymore but not seeing how I really sustain this now.

I've had the message.

Unlike some, I've never had an issue with Hachette Customer Service and my Conquest sub went without a hitch.

I am slightly vexed and miffed with this though. As a subscriber who has made a commitment for the whole collection, the idea of having to accept delays when single issues are available from other stockists is annoying.

Then again, I'm part of the problem as I double dip choice issues from Forbidden Planet.

I still think subscribers should be first in the queue.

This is likely part of the big Brexit problem, along with other global electric and gas price issues. The shipping stuff is already affecting their new releases and pushed back the Dragons for AoS and codexes.

One other thing to note is that it'll cost a lot more to be printing the magazine along with getting the plastics prepared. The industry I work in is gonna have to start charging much more for our services because the price of plastics is skyrocketing, which sucks. Due to the price of electricity. Hoping that doesn't translate to the magazine or further GW stuff.

It’s because they can’t take the payment over the phone, and likely have no way set up and coded on their website to interrupt and change payment method in-flight. Logistics.

In the most recent reveal on Fauxhammer (#'s 19-22), there's a few hints that 23 and 24 have been leaked as well... can't find anything though. Anyone know?

In which case, doubly-shocking logistics!

When I changed bank accounts before they let you fall a month behind on payments. They most likely won’t ship another one until payment made.

When I cancelled I got the last one after, that was expected as they say 28 days to cancel (so they can get one more out of you).
But they also sent the one after that too randomly.
That was with Conquest

Not sure if already mentioned, but for Dutch and Belgian posters who are interested: https://www.archonia.com/en-us/product/421099/warhammer-40k-imperium-magazine-1-of-80

Don't know if they'll carry the entire range, or if this pre-order will even be fulfilled, but might be our only way, as far as I know, to get the mag and minis in Benelux.

I had one I had to chase like twice, but they did send it eventually (and I think that was during their big customer service changeover tbf). Indeed, they accidentally sent it twice.
