And a silly title

A L' Art de la Guerre team tournament battle report held at Huzzah Hobbies.

Round 2 of the team tournament pits Richart I, King of England, Duke of Normandy, Aquitaine and Gascony, Lord of Cyprus, Count of Poitiers, Anjou, Maine, and Nantes and who is apparently lost, against King Narathihapate of Burma in the foot hills near Gamlang Razi.

Circumspect is a good word, though the slain elephant symbols somehow made me a little sad. A good report still, i actually didn't find it tedious to read at all.

realism is a lie

Great report as always. I played (actually umpired) my third game of BlackPowder over the weekend. I'm not crazy about the rules, and since they are identical to Hail Caesar! I feel pretty certain that LADG will be our first foray for the Gauls v Romans. Do yall at Huzzah Hobbies all play 15mm? Are there any youngsters playing 28mm?

Thanks G

I am not a native of the DC area, so I cannot say with exactitude what is being played at Huzzah. Ancient Miniature War-gaming seems to be the lunatic fringe of the hobby, and so I doubt much goes on at the Hobby store. Mostly what I see in general are 15mm games, which has a lower pricepoint for entry. 25mm games seem to be a rarity.
