We'll find out soon enough eh.

I'm interested if there are specific places, a facebook group maybe, where people would be particularly looking for good quality(ie, not the converting & sculpting equivalent of "ebay-pro painted") one-off models? Or is selling such things just a matter of listing it on ebay & normal warhammer sales forums/groups and hoping the right person stumbles across it?

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

The later as far as I can tell.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

Same here - the other issue is that a lot of forums tend to be USA focused. So UK side it tends to be harder to find people - that is unless there's a large wargaming UK forum group that I've missed

Seems like ebay and or direct forum sales might be the way to go unless you have a robust local group/fb group.

alternatively blogs and i think cmon can link to ebay listings and stuff but im not 100% on that.

I think the market fell out of that a while back when GW stopped printing rules for models that didn't exist.
Nicely converted Seer councils on jet bikes and Techmarine bikers with conversion beamers always used to sell well.

I'd start by posting pics in the showcase of alternative conversions of GWs awful monopose models that people are likely to run as multiples here on dakka.
For example try drastically changing the silouette of the flying hive tyrant and see what the feeback is. Set a price and see if anyone bites.

Having some pics in your gallery of awesome alternative sculpts and a note in your sig couldn't hurt.
