So, I haven't exactly kept 100% up to date with current lore, but I know the vague news and that a lot of change has went down. Now, I understand that Ynnead was created along with a new faction of Eldar, known as the Ynnari, that Cadia fell and that Guilleman is up with Cawl's new Mary Sue Marines. I think we've skipped around 120 years into the future at the point of the Plague Wars, which I think is roughly close enough to the latest we've got, though I'm not sure. But I have so many questions about stuff that hasn't really been covered to my knowledge, as it seems the new focus is almost entirely on Imperium and Chaos, with a bit of shine to Eldar. If any of you have the answers to any of it, it would really be appreciated.

-Abaddon
What's happened with Abaddon? I haven't heard of any massive things happening from him, even though he finally took Cadia out of the picture. I always thought that would be the start of him leading a united Chaos force to take Terra itself, in some massive apocalyptic campaign, but so far, it seems Chaos is even more fragmented than before, and Abaddon's done... well, nothing, really. Maybe I've missed something, but I feel he kind of petered out immediately.

-Fabius Bile
As another big player for Chaos, I've not heard a lot from Bile. I mean, given that he's basically had free rein to do whatever necessary to create greater Space Marines, with no regard to morality, access to Xenos tech and the powers of Chaos, I feel as though he's kind of been shoved aside by Cawl, who managed to do everything he couldn't do from out of no where. Has Fabius Bile seen the Primaris? Is he trying to steal or improve their design, or what is he doing?

-Chaos Primaris
Simply put, do these exist? It's been long enough to have seen Primaris fall to Chaos, but as I understand, none have. How is this possible? Are they just somehow immune to Chaos and incorruptible, akin to Grey Knights? Has Guilliman put down any that tried? Or is their apparent incorruptiblity just kind of ignored so the Imperium can have their own thing that Chaos doesn't get?

-Orks
In regards to the Orks, Ghazghkull was supposed to be uniting the Orks for a massive, galaxy-crushing WAAAGH! at the end of the stagnated period. Again, time was frozen because otherwise he'd be bringing the axe down on the Imperium's head in one of the greatest WAAAGH!s that's ever been, rivaling the Beast(s) given all that stuff at the end of that series about how he was basically akin to them. But again, I have no idea what's happened to him. I don't think he's been killed, but I've heard nothing about him.

-Dark Eldar
OK, so to my knowledge, the gate at Commoragh holding back the Daemons broke with the birth of Ynnead, and Daemons flooded in. However, they weren't able to overwhelm the city, as the Mandrakes managed to stop them, or something? Is Vect still in charge? Do we know anything about the Mandrakes and their motives? What's the actual status of the Dark Eldar as a faction?

-Tyranids
The Tyranids are another big apocalyptic force that I don't know what happened. As I recall, time froze just as the great maw closed on the galaxy, but now 100 years have passed, and I don't know what's happened them. Did the Warp Rifts stop, slow down or deter them, or have they just eaten their way through a bunch of planets while we focus on Guilliman fighting Chaos.

-Tau
So, while the everything has went on, the Tau were supposed to be about to deal with Farsight, as Shadowsun went to track him down, or something akin to that. Plus, there's the fact that they're supposed to be super-expansionist, and more importantly, the main race at actually developing technology and advancing all of that stuff. Is Farsight still going about? Have their been major technological developments in the Empire, or have they grown at all, or are they just at the same tech level because the time skip wasn't about them?

Sorry to burden the forums with all these fairly unconnected questions, I'm just kind of desperately trying to figure out what's going on. Thanks for any answers in advance.

This won't answer all of your questions, but in Devastation of Baal we see that the Great Rift has had a strong effect on the flow of time in the material realm. When the Indomitus Crusade arrives at the end of the battle its members mention that it has been 100 years for them since the rift opened, while for those on Baal it was less than a day IIRC.

Bile has sent his Gland Hounds out on the hunt for Primaris after witnessing them first hand. He'll have some samples soon enough.

The answer to your first three questions is "GW haven't released plastic models yet".

I don't know the specifics but from what I know I will try to answer:

Abaddon: From what I heard he is biding his time making strikes were ever planning for the next big attack.

Fabius Bile: I think I heard that he had captured some Primaris and was working on making his own but I not sure

Chaos Primaris: They should not be immune to corruption they just don't have any models for chaos versions right now though model wise the new Death Guard are basically the chaos version of Primaris in the model ranges right now.

Orks: Don't know. Probably will be answered in the codex. We don't know how long the unification of the orks will take so he could still be doing it.

Dark Eldar: Like the Orks we need to wait for the codex. Like the orks most likely still in the same place raiding though likely a big part of Commoragh is a battle ground now (excuse for Commoragh terrain perhaps)

Tyranids: Last I heard the lost the fight at Baal but I don't know anything else. most likely they are still attacking the galaxy. One thing I do know is that they have adapted a hive fleet specifically to fight chaos and Daemons

Tau: Once again we need the codex. I don't know what is going on with Farsight and Shadowsun but since Farsight has a form of immortality adn the Tau use suspended animation Shadowsun is likely still around. I do know that there empire has epanded a lot to about the size of Ultramar. The fourth expansion apparantly use some warp tech and was lost into the warp (allowing people to justify a Tau planet or army anywere in the galaxy). They are currently on the fifth expansion. While there tech should be advancing they are limited by the model ranges (GW did write them into a bit of a wall with that one).

Nothing at all has happened with abbadon. The most likely explanation is he is a victim of his own success and in opening the rift, all the demon primarchs started to become active and thus his coalition of chaos forces fractured.

Fabius Bile hates space marines, so him creating primaris chaos marines is not something he'd do automatically. There'd have to be a push for it. He has no interest in better space marines for the sake of space marines.

Ghazkull actually went to the orctarius system. The place where one of the main tendril of leviathan got bogged down fighting an ork empire. Far as we know, he's still there. I SUSPECT he'll have a place in an upcoming campaign set in armageddon.

the deldar have nothing since gathering storm. I am highly anticipating their codex.

The nids haven't really... gotten much. Feels like leviathan was their big push and it bogged down or died, and there's no new mega hive fleet coming yet, just a lot of splinters and specialist hive fleets.

The tau also have gotten very little. We know one of their expansion spheres was lost in the warp, and that there has been enough time for them to recover and long another expansion sphere, but they're sort of a bit character in the setting, especially sinc ethey no longer border the imperium (The necrons took the space tween them and the imperium)

Well, improving Chaos Space Marines anyways.

Wouldn't that be funny if he unlocks the secrets of making PMs but such is the strength of da Primaris Marines that every one Fabius makes "falls" to good?

Like, noooo my evil creations! Mwua! What has become of you?!

And the fabulous PMs are like ' for the Emperor's

Then Fabius cries.

Per the chaos codex abaddon is still fighting the 13th black crusade, he destroyed cadia, but the IoM is still fighting tooth and nail to hold the gate. There is a literal legions worth of space marines, billions of imperial guardsmen trying to keep him bottled up. They are going to fail though, and abaddon and the rest of the CSM in the EoT will pour out and cut a straight line for terra.

Constantly being negative doesn't make you seem erudite, it just makes you look like a curmudgeon.
