Hey all,

I need a paint stand and organizer for my hobby table. Table is huge. Just need some storage and organization. Any recommendations?

I bought step stands that are sold as organizers for tattoo inks or nail polish. They are made from acrylic and were cheap if I recall.

I bought them on amazon, should be easy to find. I tried rotating towers and laser cut organizers and they were too awkward to be useful.

Heres an example: https://www.amazon.com/Collection-Multi-Tray-Essential-Organizer-Brochure/dp/B074QR5MHY/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1518314552&sr=8-5&keywords=paint+organizer

Looking at the picture I'm dubious as to whether those acrylic racks will hold GW paint pots. It looks perfect for Vallejo's bottles though!

Edit: Nevermind, a quick browse through several of those racks found me one that would fit (a reviewer posted a picture of a GW pot on one of the racks). Sold!

I've been using self made trays out of Lego. Thanks for the link. I'll be freeing up those bricks now.

I've got one of the massive voodoo paint racks and drawers. Handy piece of storage:

I made one that mounts on my wall.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0rGueIm1hkebFV6di14M09GQXM/view?usp=sharing

I used a sheet of 1/8" MDF and ripped it down to strips on a table saw then glued them down to another sheet of MDF. One strip sticking out to be the shelf and a another glued flat to be a spacer for the next shelf, then repeated multiple times. I also cut them on a slight angle (10 degrees of so) so that if the shelf started to sag a bit, the paint wouldn't start to slide off. Its lasted 8 years with no issues.

Imperial Guard – 5000, Militarum Tempestus – 2000, Grey Knights – 1500

We have a large acrylic fingernail paint stand we found on Amazon. It works fine.

Edit: It's like the one Red Corsair posted. Longer and fewer shelves, I think.

Similar to Spiderman above, but purchased from a local Beauty Supply Wholesaler. (the wall mounted ones).

I just took down some paints and such to ensure a fit for the different pots and bottles. Spidey's solution would be a lot cheaper, but mine is a lot easier. They have different shelf "types". Do as thou wilt!
