I recently was looking at lore for the eternity gate, i.e. the door to where the Emperor sits on the Golden Throne. On the Wikipedia sites they say that the Gate is flanked by two warhounds. But i remember a book recently, “Throneworld”, mentioning them as Warlords.

Have they retconned it from Warhounds to Warlords?

It's a wiki site. Not known to be wholly reliable sources.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

There are effin' enough Titans to protect the place.

And if there aren't, there will be.

Yes. They are enough Titans.

Don't question this or you will be shot out an effin' cannon.

It may have changed post-heresy....
However, Throneworld does say warlords, and right back in the mists of time, Inquisitor said warlords.

More to the point, titans within the inner palace are probably Ordo Sinister engines, which are primarily based off warlords

Warlords, one book has them armed with vast power fists in Inquistor books, there listed as Warlords.
Lastest books again listed as Warlords.

the two oldest and newest ish books confirm as warloed class titans.

That looks like a Steiner throne room from mech warrior setting. I happen to be a Steiner loyalist when I play that game series.
