I've been making a bunch of pallets recently so I thought I'd make a little tutorial.



These aren't the cheapest pallets I'll agree, but they are quick and easy to build.

Nice. I was thinking about a similar idea but replacing the square for with offcuts of sprue. Might look a bit funny but certainly much cheaper

Good thinking Flinty, sprue is about the right size if you have pieces long enough..

You could also use balsa or some other type of thin wood, if you can get hold of it in the right size

I did some very simple pallets tonight based on a cast plastic design from here https://goo.gl/images/2Jz5y5 . Super simple with a square of 2mm pvc and some sprue offcuts
