So this is actually a work in progress list for a team tournament (2 players w/1250 points each vs another 2 players. so 2500 vs 2500). The reason I'm using a patrol is because the tourney rules say each player gets a patrol and a battalion and one player from the team can replace their battalion with any other detachment. I don't think a brigade is possible at 1250 without sacrificing practically all your firepower. Not worth it. With that out of the way...

I've got 3 Russ tanks each with an order, 4 basilisks, some mortar chaff to bubble wrap or run for objectives, and a CP recycling machine to fuel overlapping fields of fire. There's a good chance my partner will be a harlequin player and I don't really know what he'll be bringing as of right now. Do you think this would pair well with harlequins? Shell things form afar while he gets in up close? Would this 1250 list do well on its own vs other 1250 lists? What do you guys think? Input is appreciated.
