How much are these boiz worth? I know they are from 90s and few are from some kind of other wh40k boardgame.

Your models with axes are worth about 1/2 as much as the current Kommandos. Roughly £2 each.

Ghazghull is cheap and not worth much at all. £2.

The plastics might be £1 each if you're lucky.

The best is the oil grot who is worth £5-6.
