I would drop the farseer skyrunner and warlock skyrunner for warlocks or spiritseers on foot. Bringing at least one warlock on foot to follow your farseer lets you take advantage of the Seer council stratagem which can be helpful for getting off doom & fortune. Give that warlock conceal or protect to help buff the defense of the reapers. With the other spiritseer/warlock I would bring quicken so you can get the shining spears where they need to go.

With the points saved from switching out the skyrunners I would trade out one squad of rangers for ~20 guardians to put into deep strike. They are a super versatile unit and will be hard to kill if you stick them next to the autarch for morale, use the celestial shield strategem and cast protect on them. You end up with 3+ invuln guardians for one turn if you have to hold an objective. I often deepstrike my guardians in front of a large dark reaper squad to protect them from being charged and keep the enemy more than 12'' away to take advantage of that sweet -1 to hit.
