I'm converting a AOBR Warboss to put him on a warbike, but I'd like to be able to switch is HtH weapon.
I was thinking to saw off his left arm and magnetize it.
But I can't seem to find a way to build him a Big Choppa arm.

I can't sculpt this well and Nobz arms are too small.
I've thought of brutes but I don't really want to buy an expensive kit just for that (even if they could make nice snakebites MANZ)
The vanilla BC Warboss is in metal, not sure I want to saw this.
3 party is not a problem, but I've checked Spellcrow, Kromlech and maxmini without success.

So do you guyz have any idea ?

There must be some left hands with choppas in the fantasy Warboss on pig kit, maybe someone with the kit could confirm?

You could convert the choppa to be extra choppy to mark it out as a Big Choppa.

If you're talking about this one https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Orruk-Warboss I'm affraid the arm would be too small. 40k warbosses are way more big than old WFB ones.

There is this one : https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Ironjawz-Orruk-Megaboss but it's heck of an expensive arm.

It's not easy to do that, the only arm that can fit a warboss body is the one with big choppa from the bikers kit, which is really huge and oversized for nobz. But it's the right arm. In fact I used that bitz for my biker boss but he's the finecast model, not the AOBR warboss.

Alternatively you can cut the power klaw as you suggested and magnetize one of the meganobz killsaws. There's one type of killsaws that is in fact almost identical to a big choppa, and you could also play the model as a big mek with killsaw eventually. I'm referring to those bitz:

Yeah I'm starting to realize it will be difficult.

That a nice input that you gave. I also toying with the idea to build a mecanized arm with deff dread or kans bitz.

Just a question, what model are you refering as the "finecast" one ? The only warboss I've found on GW site is said to be in metal, which I found surprising.

The OOP warboss with attack squig, which is out of the catalogue since a couple of years I think. This model:

Ah yeah right. I know where to find one, but in metal and my friend would absolutely refuse to let me saw it off. Thanks anyway
