My Dark Angels Infantry unit has Advanced in my turn.

In my opponent's turn I play Auspex Scan. What weapons can the unit fire? Is it all with no penalty, as Assault only references own turn? (Heavy would get -1 of course)

"A unit that Advances can’t shoot
or charge later that turn."

it says that turn. dunno if game turn or player turn.

I think some effects that do a thing after you move till the next turn usually specifies until the following turn. (aggressor shoot twice ability iirc)

i think its player turn otherwise you wouldn't be able to overwatch if you advanced ether.

Hasn't "game turn" been replaced with "battle round" in 8th edition?

The advancing restriction on shooting or charging only applies to that turn, not the battle round, so once your turn is done and it's your opponent's turn, it's not the same turn in which you advanced.

There is no such thing as a 'game turn' anymore. Its either player turns or battle rounds (pg. 176 of the main rulebook),

Exactly. This led to a disagreement over whether my unit could fire or not. The only inhibitor I can see carrying over is the Heavy -1, as that references the unit's preceding Moevement Phase. As I read things, nothing stops Assault or Rapid Fire weapons, for instance, firing as normal in my opponent's turn via the Stratagem. Other than a 'feels wrong' I couldn't find anything stopping this working.
