So with Tau coming out. I was hoping to convert them to look my AI (think aleph faction from infinity)

So would imperial guard legs work? The scions in particular. I have some alternative heads. And do not mind the 3 finger/thumb so much. Though is someone has a way to get regular hands around pulse rifles, id be interested.

( i would prefer not to cut Tau legs under the knees and simply adding boots, different legs all together is what I am looking to do)
Alternative miniature legs would work also.

Thanks!

Have a look at what Anvil Industry has to offdr. Maybe they got something that you find fancy.

Beat me to it, but seconded. Anvil are great for Guard scale bits. And they have a great range.

40k Armies
Imperium - (8,000 points Adeptus Astartes (Imperial Fists) / 2,500 points Primaris Astartes (Blood Angels) / 3,000 points Astra Militarum (Inquisition pretending to be Cadian... >.> ) / 2,000 points Deathwatch/Assassins (More Inquisition soup))
Forces of Chaos - (8,000 points Heretic Astartes (World Eaters/Renegade Chapters) / 2,000 points Chaos Deamons (Khorne Dedication) / 2,500 points Death Guard)
Xenos Hordes - (7,000 points Orks (Speed Freaks/Bad Moons) / 3,000 points Aeldari (Saim-Hann))

Are Tau legs still flat at the torso point? If so Scion legs would be a little thicker than the tau legs and have a rounded point at the torso. Same for SM Scout legs

Cadian legs would be a closer match. Similar length and flat topped. A pity the quick assembly boxes don't have the legs seperate.

Whichever route you go make certain to poll your local group to see if someone has spare legs. Legs swaps are a common element of IG customization so someone might already have a stack of cadian legs lying around.
