I pretty much just got here, and now I'm leaving before I get banned.

Basically I see this board can discuss German politics, uk politics, French policies, etc, but not American politics.

I just can't wait go along with that and would no doubt get banned sooner or later, so. I'm leaving before I give some. Mod a chance to put another notch on his banhammer.

If this board gets over this double standard I. Might come. Back, but until then so long.

There are pretty good reasons, actually, but I won't divulge them here. I would just bear in mind if you plan on a return in the future that Dakka is primarily a hobby site with the privilege of being able to talk about politics, and the key bit in that is that it's a privilege, and not a right.


You should really be here to talk about the hobby first, and anything else second, but that's just me. All the best in moving forward anyways.

Sorry the site's not for you, Techpriest - but I think even long time OT posters agree that for the most part things are much better in here now that we aren't talking US politics! Some things are just better discussed in-person...
