Here comes the next ganger. Reaper. He is the gangs enforcer and depicted here after having a "friendly chat" with another ganger who owed the Dead Heads money.

The biggest (and longest) heat wave in 260 years in Sweden completely killed off my mood for painting, but today the rain is pouring down and so are the sharp steel nails from the newest member of the Dead Heads. I find the idea of him having to reach for his knife to end the existence of his victims, as they are bolted to the floor or the walls, as not very effective, so instead I got him a fixed bayonet for his Crimper.

A Goliath juve, kit bashed from a Space Wolf head, a Spellcrow Ork torso, arms from an Catachan Jungle fighter, hand & gun from an Orlock ganger and legs from a Space Marine scout.

The Dead Heads doesn't consider their juves as members until they have proven their valour in combat (he will be a meat shield for their advancing melee fighters), so he isn't allowed to wear the face paint. This juve has welded a crude plate cuirass to at least look a little like their furnace plates and has a scarf with the Dead Heads gang colors around his arms. With his trusty stub gun and a military grade grenade he bought from a shady vendor (it's a dud...poor thing) he plans on impressing the gang in the next combat!

A new auxiliary member for the Dead Heads - and a real blast from the past! For almost twenty years this nice model has gone without paint or purpose. He almost made it into my ork army, but I didn't want to convert or alter such a cool retro miniature. With Necromunda he has finally found his spot! He will add some much needed firepower to the Dead Heads!

Here comes the gang leader (simple hand switch for a boltgun) and the grenade launcher. Now only two miniatures left and the Dead Heads starting crew is assembled!
