Welcome,
this thread is to document my process of painting my Mymeara wraith knight:



I primed it with corax white, for a nice, light gray off-white result. Sprue fragment is there attached with white tack for handling the mini without any direct contact while painting.
The plan is to replicate the look of Forge World`s Mymeara titans and wraithknights using as simple (yet effective) techniques as possible. I think the official GW Mymeara recipe is the way to go.

I`m glad it`s noticable. I take all efforts to make the layers smooth, even removing single particles of dust with tweezers (if it annoys me enough). Maybe this is why it all takes ages?

Anyway, the basecoat of temple guard blue is nearly finished:

I'm the same way with my painting too brother. My Primaris marines im painting to just a table top standard and they take a week for 5...

Prime... wash... re-apply base.... base bone... base black... 2nd layer bone, highlight black... base reds...finish reds... finish blacks.... finish bone.. high light green. and then Eye Lenses haha sooo much for a quick table top standard eh?
