Can you provide something more for this background then ITC ? Basically you dropped in the known best list for DG (Epidemius with PBC Spam) with rotigus - which just makes the list worse honestly. You will dump points running rotigus unless you keep him in deepstrike for 3 turns after baiting your opponent to go kingslayer on him.

Plaguebearers in those numbers are cute b/c games will end in 3-4 turns so you just sit on objectives - still a huge points sink (over 600 points in plagues). It may pay to slim one or two units and deepstrike a feculant gnarlmaw to amp your mobility.
