Nice job, IMHO needs a wash to make the detail pop.

Greetings Malika2, The Classic Battle Tech - Battle Mechs are at 1/285 Scale. They are small and about as tall as a 40K Space Marine.

When I was painting the model up I was going for a Macross/Robo Tech vibe to the model.

I did not put any blue on the model like I had planned.

I wanted it to look like the blue, red and white Armored Veritech Valkyrie type scheme.

I already have an old FASA Marauder that is painted up in Zentradi Officer Pod Colors.

I decided I did not want to repeat that scheme for this one.

Seems odd to see the new fangled IIc version labeled under “classic”. But nicely done.

Yeah, I just put "Classic Battle Tech" because I did not want it to be confused with the Mech Warrior Clix Game.

I know the Original Marauder IIC looks like a Marcoss/Robo Tech Marauder with extra wings on it and that would have been a Classic Mech.

Maybe I'll go over to Ebay and see if I can get My hands on an original.

I saw one on there months and months ago. It was like $45.00 Dollars though.

I apologize for the confusion Nevelon. I'll fix the subject title to reflect that it is just Battle Tech.

Don’t change it on my account; I’m just old. I recognize that the game has gone through a lot of iterations, many of them after I stopped playing. And “classic” can cover a lot of those. But I did the bulk of my mech piloting before the clans came back, so “old” and “new” probably mean something different to me then you.

3025 seems so long ago...

I used 2750, 3025 & 3026 Tech Battle Mechs during My Games back when I had all My FASA Books.
