These alien gods are worshipped by some members of the Eldar and Necron, respectively, though the latter are currently outlawed by the Silent King. If humans can worship the Emperor who is NOT a god, and the Chaos Gods, can these deities be worshipped as well? This must be reciprocal and the humans that worship them must receive blessings in return to count. I can definitely see some radical Inquisitors having this idea, but since both Cegaroch and the C'tan are under-appreciated, we don't know yet.

The Emperor pretty much is a god at this point.

I don't really see why Cegorach would give any blessings to humans. Don't know about the discount Pokemon.

It's not even clear if Cegorach could give blessings to humans even if he wanted to. Harlequins aren't really empowered by Ceograch like some Chaos worshipers are. Their souls aren't drained by Slaneesh anymore, and seem to be protected by Cegorach (also it's unclear how), but that's something that only matters to Eldar.
In any case, Cegorach is a god of mishief and trickery. Trusting him is like trusting Tzeentch, but without the cool wizardy stuff. If humans are part of his grand-plan to overcome Slaneesh (assuming that's not one of his joke), they'll probably be featured in the play as "that not very important guy who gets killed first".

There are humans who worship Eldar dieties in one of the heresy novels. (They don't last long).

Ctan aren't warp entities so the idea of "blessings" doesn't apply. The Receiver used to form alliances with human cults, but the Ctan have been retconned a lot.

The Ctan aren't/weren't gods, just very powerful aliens. And now they are destroyed. People believe in more absurd things than powerful alien machine entities today, mind you, but if it's about blessings, I don't think the C'tan were ever able to do that, even when they lived.

However, your question made me think about Gork and Mork. As seen in the stories about Ghazgkull Thraka those two seem to give blessings to their believers. I don't think the whole waaaagh energy thing is very clear about the influence of Gork and Mork, but there's obviously something psychic about the Orks. Soo, might be an interesting thought experiment: What happened if a whole Hive world "fell" to Gork and Mork? Could those humans then use Ork-tech and make things work just through believing in them?

Probably not. One of the Sanctus Reach books had a Hive City worshipping Orks. The Orks didn't really care about it.

Worship doesn't mean it has to be reciprocal. Real people worship anything and everything without measurably getting anything for it other than a warm and fuzzy feeling. People in the 40K galaxy should be the same. The only issue would be ever having heard of the entities in question and not already being biased against them due to Imperial teachings.

What do you think the Machine Cult is?

(Addendum: Joke relies on pre-5e-Codex fluff in which the "Dragon of Mars" was explicitly a C'tan buried in the Noctus Labyrinth, later lore has fuzzed that relationship somewhat.)

I’m not going to spoil the book “Mechanicum,” but it mentioned cults of the Dragon on pre-heresy Mars. What the Dragon is the book doesn’t make clear, but it’s certainly deific in power and scope.

The same could be said of the Ruinous Powers. There is a Lovecraftian point here: namely, that relative to puny humans, in what sense are such beings not gods?

I can't imagine a scenario in which humans would worship C'tan. Where would they even learn about the existence of C'tan? There is at least once incident on record, however, of humans attempting to worship Necrons. It didn't go well.

I know in the old fluff the Nightbringer was literally the entity "Death" with the cloak and Scythe. And the "new" races the old ones created during the war in heaven had the Nightbringer or death in their mythos because of the terror it inflicted in ancient times.

I'm unsure if the c'tan could give blessings, but don't forget they are the ones who gave the necrontyr the knowledge to become the necrons in the lore (well the deceiver anyway) and the knowdge of the dolmen gates (the burning one)

They CAN, but they'll be labeled as heretics and killed off by an inquisitor/ordos xenos if their practice got big enough.

Can humans worship Cegaroch

Zephro Carnelian in the Inquisition War trilogy is an Eldar-phile and dresses and behaves like Harlequin. What Cegorach made of him (if anything) is never mentioned. I see 3 possibilities (most likely first).

1. Nothing at all as not an Eldar soul.
2. Mildly amused.
3. That's not a practical joke, monkeigh. THIS is a practical joke!

Humans are completely free to worship whoever or whatever they want. C'tan, Cegaroch even an Eldar fuzzy slipper. But it isn't the Emperor, they are a heretic and deserved to be purged quickly and painfully...

They knew the rules when they signed up for the Imperium of Man or we forced into the Imperium of Man or the Imperium of Man just found out about their planet.
