You'll need to make it 3 detachments. Roll the vanguard's together into a battalion. Swap the 2 vets squads for 4 infantry squads. Scions I'm not that sold on, no specials and they can't drop in rapid fire range. Unless the intent is to put them in a vendetta? Otherwise could drop them for more infantry squads. Theres not that many boots on the ground at the moment. It's be easy enough to shoot through the 4 SWTs and 2 vets. You need something to score.

The vets camp on objectives and fend off transports with their AC and GLs, They only have to last long enough to draw the enemy out of cover so I can dakka em.
Plasma Squads get dropped off near enemy objectives turn 2 with 'Dettas, while Vendettas pop their heavies, getting a +4 BS while moving cause of their regimental doctrine. turn 2 drop scions wherever they are needed or otherwise take enemy objective 2 by deep striking Prime with two squads and using FRSF, then closing next turn and using it again. All the while mortars are parked behind cover having a good time whittling down the enemy.
The Russ's and Gunships do most of the heavy lifting, targeting infantry and light vehicles.

Flyers don't have regiments, they're aeronautica imperialis. But you can include them in a detachment with a regiment keyword and not deny others their doctrine. Like a techpriest or astropath etc.

Those vets will get wiped off even faster than infantry squad...
One dimensional trick pony that will win some games and get munched in plenty others.

Like I mentioned, the vets are just there to draw transports out of cover and finish off any stragglers that don't get dakka'd.
If anything, the bait is more tasty cause they are so weak.
