Hi<

At our local gaming club we are doing a 2000 point campaign and the only rules is we have to have 1 Named Character and 2 HQs.

I am stuck to what to put in and was wondering if anyone can help?
I field most stuff including Lord of Wars,

So hit me up with some ideas!

Sort of an immediate deviation, but does it have to be cadian?

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined

You're not giving us much to go on, but if you must have a named character, you should definitely field Pask. Don't make him your warlord, though; you want someone who can take the Grand Strategist warlord trait, to save those precious command points.

Cadians are good at defensive warfare thanks to the Born Soldiers trait, so it's worth it to put a heavy weapon team in every infantry unit (provided you have enough teams). The meat of my army is usually a 67-point infantry unit with plasma gun and lascannon. I use 12 of those in 2000 pts, and they wreak havoc on vehicles and MEQ. I'm also fond of Leman Russes and Manticores.

Cadians, Sisters of Battle, Drukhari
