Each Valkyrie starts with a bullgryn unit (all with mauls and slab shields), a ministorum priest, an astropath (with psychic barrier),and a lord commissar with power fist. They will drop and charge for the emperor. The two 10-man squad will act as mini-gunlines with HSVG. Two plasma suicide squads (though, with the Valkyries, they might get to move away). Two Tempestor Primes will be essentially the same with three orders, but one is the warlord. A couple of scion squads can be used as buffers or place holders on objectives. Taurox Primes act as anti-armor.

The Taurox Primes wont really cut it as anti armour, its just autocannons. Your best anti armour at the moment are those plasma command squads. Having the characters in the Valkyries with the mutants may be thematic, but not that worthwhile. You'd be better served with another bullgryn instead. There's not Ld issues for the commissar, priest bonus is marginal and astropath is just alright, but they add up to a lot of points. An option could be an orgryn bodyguard with slabshield and deathmask. Dropping in a 6W 2++ character is a bit of a disruption. Points saved from those characters I'd look at adding plasma guns to the other scion command squad and lascannons+hellstrike missiles on the Valkyrie.
