Hey all, It's taken me a while but ive finally finished the Goliath gang for Necromunda and my Escher Gang is only 3 characters off completion, I wanted to set up this thread to show off the finished pieces and hopefully everybody will share their finished gangs as well, lets see all your badass gangers, hired scum and all round lowlife hive dwellers.

I'll start off with my Goliath gang - The Junghein Wreckers.

I love the blood splattered front firing arc. Well done

Nothing to see here, move along mortal.

Thanks, I wanted to give a clear indication of what was the front and back half of the model just to reduce confusion at the same time as giving each gang a specific colour/design. At some point I will add in a centre line to each base as well.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Those are some beautiful looking minis! The contrasting red and yellow works really well, yet you've still managed to make it look grimy and 'underhive'

Great idea for a thread as well, looking forward to seeing what else is posted here.

Thanks again, looking forward to seeing everyone else's work, designs and background fluff, going to be another couple of weeks before my Escher are finished and I guess my orlocks will stay in their box for another month, but if the Van Saar come out before then... Well I might jump the queue a bit

Both your gangs look really cool! I love this side of the 40k universe. Really sparks the imagination seeing well-painted humans that aren't IG or Space Marines.

Thanks for encouraging others to post their gangs as well. I hope many people do.

I agree, the setting of Necromunda really gets the imagination firing, i did have a bit of a back story that the gang leader was ex imperial guard on the run after murdering an inquisitor, stealing their coat and bolt gun.

I am looking forward to seeing other peoples gangs too, always nice to get inspiration from others.

next up is the Orlocks, quite like the Sump dog colours so i may just keep them like that.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Very, very nice work. Striking and punky looking colour scheme - love it!

I actually started posting my own stuff in my own thread, forgot about this one. So this is one of my Genestealer Cult guys (from UCNHMC: The Unsuspicious and Completely Normal Human Mining Corp.) I'll be working on a variety of gangs over coming weeks as I'm painting up for a campaign (as most of the people I am playing with are players rather than painters) so should hopefully be a variety of things to post.

For now, a standard cultist armed with a shotgun.

Very nice work and I love the name of the corporation, I look forward to seeing the rest of your work.
I am thinking of doing a GSC myself but I've got too much to do as it is, I might give them a go but I'm looking at making a Nurgle cult first.
Thanks again for posting =D

Here's the first 4 models of my Escher gang, a somewhat grimier take on the usual scheme but trying to keep the pastel colours and general palette in places.

Wow - amazing work!

Really like the grimy (but still colourful) look, it works well.

Well - at least with that money spent that should force you to paint them!

I'll probably be picking up the Van Saar myself this weekend, although am currently painting my way through the Walking Dead miniatures (but do have some more Genestealer Cult guys and Goliaths made and ready in my painting queue!)

I am just lost for words, honestly all of that is just so awesome!

Love what you have done with the bases, the rust effect works really well.

And may have to copy the red eyes for the Goliaths if you don't mind

firstly - Edwardmyst, thank you, I'm happy this thread is getting more interest for Necromunda in your group, the setting is one of my favourites in 40k just because there is such an amazing amount of diversity and imagination for just one location. In the hives of Necromunda if you can think of it it probably is there hiding somewhere in the darkest tunnels or the vast billions of hivers.

Secondly - Damn Brushfire you have got a nice collection there, love the colour scheme of the Escher and I'm really loving the red eye markings for the Goliaths.
I'm quite interested in hearing about your Black Swans as well, they look like hired killers or nightmare bounty hunters

Also could you post a few shots of the Escher ganger with the electo-whip, the pose looks much more natural than the official gang leader and I'd like to get a better look at her.

Anyway, everybody keep up the devious work, i should have my Orlocks painted in the next couple of days then its time to crack on with the growing pile of mini's, does anybody have any preference to what mini i should tackle next?

Thanks, JaydeeOT.

The Black Swans are indeed a female mercenary gang, a high priced one at that, armed with heavy duty weaponry and the skills to use them effectively.

As requested, The electro whip gal. I based her pose from a Spanish dancer--"Oh lay"!

They look mighty fine! Clever how you painted the frontal arc on their base.

Finally! My Van Saar gang, The Elecrofisher Deep-Divers have been completed, damn these are nice models but bloody hard to assemble and paint, unfortunately i ruined the paint job with the application of GW varnish and i had to go back in and shine up the armour plates with Ardcoat which had the nasty side effect of casting quite a bit of glare and shine when i was taking the photos so the finished pictures are not the best, they look a lot better in real, anyway.... here they are.....
