Hey all,
I finally finished my Ork Trukk i started 8 years ago!! I'm pleased with the final outcome.

Cant believe its taken me so long, only reason i finished it this week was because I'm sick from work and needed something to occupy me.

Anyone else have issues?

looks good, I like the bronze on the engine and gun bits. only criticism I have is the red could be a little brighter to make it pop. other than that looks amazing, great job

Great job - I like the understated colour scheme and the weathering.

The Trukk is a surprisingly complex kit to build and paint (maybe not 8 years though...)

I’ve had one in the cupboard of shame for about 8 years, does that count?

Greetings pompeychiv, I like that the paint work is real subtle.

Looks like a really great Goff Clan Trukk! It even has the checkered markings.

I bought six Ork Trukks back when they first came out and stripped them down so they would go faster.

I painted all of them basically the same. I wish I would have assembled all the parts to the model.

Oh well, I can buy more trukks and build them fully kitted out next time.

That really looks great.

How did you get that kind of... i dunno, muted, dusty effect?

Just Forge World weathering powders. I dry brush them on. Light earth first followed by Dark earth. Varnish to seal

I think it looks great. I like the subtle, muted tones and dusty appearance. Reminds me of WW2 models in a way. It may not pop as much as some others but it looks realistic with a distinct style. I could see an army in this style looking really good.
