I’m currently trying to make my knight armiger a chaos knight and am wondering how to give it the overarching scorpion tail. Any ideas?

I am not sure what bit you could use for the stinger, but maybe you could bodge something from the old defiler legs. They were articulated much like a scorpions tail. Not sure if the size matches up.

Hellbrute weapon with all the metal tentacles, cut one off and pin the tail on?

All good idea lads but the Talia tail looks like it’ll do the trick!

I once made a Talos tail from Hellion sky boards. It's modular in so far as you can add as many board as you like so length can be adapted to larger models, and I like the broader tail. Never finished it because I didn't have the tail weapon bits, though.

The thing with scorpion tails is that the front of a scorpion is really low making it easy for the tail to hit things in for t. Armigers are really quite tall so a scorpion tail would need to be really long to hit anything.

Unless it's the Armiger's job to park itself between the legs of a larger Knight and sting it in the butt.

Heh, there is that. Or model it so that it goes around the side, Alien queen style.

Or coming forward between the legs? Maulerfiend tentacles are worth a look.

Yea that’s what gave me the idea for the talos tail. I just can’t find any on eBay. And the tail will have twin lascannons in em so it doesn’t have to reach all the way to the ground.

The defiler scourge coming out of the head nook will do that

The old Chaos Titans in Epic had tails, and they'd scale very well with the Armiger I'd imagine. But if you're struggling to find Talos bits can't imagine they're any easier to find.
