It's always kind of interesting to me to see all these lists built with the idea of multi unit packing Raiders - I'm enough of an old fuddy duddy that I just don't do that...though think there is strong strategic advantage to not doing it, but I suppose that's a debate to have elsewhere
The big thing I see with your list is that it feels like you're paying for mediocre points (Mandrakes, putting a shardnet on a Succubus) that I have a hard time figuring out. Let's just walk through these two big points and then maybe it will serve as something to benefit your list?
For starters - you're buying Mandrakes to put them in a Raider. With Mandrakes you're paying for the right to have them infiltrate, so I'm not sure I see the value of not infiltrating them. If you just want things to ride around and dakka you could buy Kabalites instead (it's not like the lone Haem is really being that helpful) if you want ablative wound/objective holders you could buy Wracks (that the Haem could boost). Both would serve the theory Mandrake role better for less I feel. Heck, you could even just keep the Mandrakes, and not put them in a Raider so the other units could spread out into multiple vehicles.
The second bug-a-boo I see is paying for a Succubus to serve as your shardnet system. Why not just have a bog standard Wych do it? You're paying for a hydra gauntlet (a damage enhancement tool) instead - the Succubus can get a Glaive, a vastly superior damage boost that thw Wyches can't get. Let the Wyches serve as the net tool, it's what they're there for, let the Succubus serve as the damage boost, she's massively superior at it. If it's a point savings issue, I would note that Dissies are arguably better than lances (assuredly they are at least equal to them) yet cost les. Float out some Lances to make them Dissies and you'll have all the spare wargear points you could want.
My thoughts, hope that helps.
Thor.
