Hey there, I tried search tool and went through faqs, but I didnt find the answer. So, can Astra militarum use multiple times "consolidate squad"-stratagem on infantry squads? For example, to create 40-guys squad.

Yes, but in Matched Play it would take several turns to do as it can only be used once per Movement Phase.

Yes, but if you're in matched play you can only do it once per turn.
