Hi.

Is it possible to kitbash a tantalus and have it look good?

Essentially it reminds me of a double canno. Essentialy 2 raiders joined by a common deck and a bridge on the front. While Raiders do not come with a big sail, I could have some wings on each side that look like the skyship weatherlight from MtG. I added some pictures of it. I also added some pictures of the MtG Predator.

Would it be possible to just kitbash one out of 2 raiders?

Something like this perhaps?

The coloured picture is a bit ugly, but the idea is that I connect the 2 in the front by a small bridge. While on the back end you have a stairing section as seen on the blueprint.

Anything is possible with enough time, green stuff, plasticcard and cursing.

Id say if you want to get it to look a lot more like the actual model you would need to split the center of each of the raiders to make it thinner,

make a front connecting bridge out of plastic card with scribed pannel lines, the rear. may require a lot more fiddling with the various cut off front bits and plastic card.

Oh my god I'm becoming martel.
Send help!

The stern deck is going to be a pain to work on. I've also been thinking on that wavelength, but I don't have any concepts outside of my skull for the idea.
