Have there been any imperial crusades into the warp that didn't end in failure? I know here have been a few that were meant as punishment to certain chapters but have there been any successfully attacks?

Depends how you define "successful". The Brazen Claws survived their trip into the Eye (despite a few companies' turning traitor), participated in the defence of Cadia during the 13th Black Crusade then received Primaris reinforcements.

How do you measure success against something that either made of dreams and nightmares - the Warp or partially so - Eye of Terror.

"Unimaginably ancient xenos artefact somewhere on the planet, hive fleet poised above our heads, hidden 'stealer broods making an early start....and now a bloody Chaos cult crawling out of the woodwork just in case we were bored. Welcome to my world, Ciaphas."

"I will admit that some Primachs like Russ or Horus could have a chance against an unarmed 12 year old novice but, a full Battle Sister??!! One to one? In close combat? Perhaps three Primarchs fighting together... but just one Primarch?" da001

There are some which were primarily failures but didn't result in total losses and lead to victories down the line, such as the Dark Angels attack on Ulthor was broadly a failure, but lead to information that led to later victory. The closest I can think of for large scale attacks into the warp is the Scourge Campaign from 640.M41-651.M41. The Maelstrom Warders, led by the Astral Claws led a campaign deep into the Maelstrom, which was once (pre 13th crusade) the second largest warp anomaly after the eye of terror. It was initially very successful and only fell apart when one Chapter (The Charnel Guard) inexplicably left the campaign and the Adeptus Terra refused to reinforce the campaign. So not entirely a success, but it only failed due to incompetence of one chapter and the Adeptus Terra, rather than any crusade failing.
