I'm stuck with a potential project and wondered if you fellow damned souls could help me.
I want to make a Deamon Prince which can be interchangeable between my Death Guard and my Iron Warriors.

I will be modelling it to represent the Fleshmetal Exoskeleton / Suppurating Plate and figured the best way would be to use the Helbrute Model.

I will be modeling it with double fists to represent some (admittedly chunky) double Malefic Talons.

Now my problem comes from trying to find some wings that match the scale and bulk of the model. I'm not afraid to green stuff and hack at the model and I think the exhaust ports on the model look suitably fleshy to work with what I have in mind, I'm just wondering if anyone has done something similar and if so, what wings did you use?

Death Guard and Iron Warriors each have a pretty distinct vibe. Getting one model to check boxes in both side sides will be pretty tough.
Maybe lots of really rusty armor?
On the actual question. Since you're using a Hellbrute as the base, have you considered going more mechanical for wings? Perhaps an oversized jump pack, the rotors from a plague drone doubled up could be a good start.
