As I understand it transports can not normally transport infantry from another keyword . E.g. Biel tan rangers can't ride in an alaitoc transport.

Drukhari transports however have the keyword coven or kabal or cult

Checking the codex, the only requirement still appears to be Druhkari Infantry. So I guess go nuts.
