I dont play chaos, only against it .... But I do find that heldrakes are not very effective. Maybe swap one for some cultists to get some bubble wrap or some bloodletters?

You have a lot of priority targets in your list, that will make it hard for opponents to choose what to shoot at first.

The goal of the Heldrakes is more about being a distraction then doing much damage. They are fairly tough for their points and they always take all the firepower since they are so in the opponents face. I just finished using this list against a Dark Angel brigade, I won. it was a fun fight
