When you roll(and do no choose) 2x for the Mutalith Vortex powers is it possible to cast the same power twice? I found nothing written in the rules so i believe it is possible.

My main question:

If said powers are both 2 (+1 str) or 4 (-1 AP). Can you buff the same unit twice? Or even more (if you have more Mutalith Vortex beasts?

Yes, they can stack. Unlike C'tan powers where you have to re-roll duplicates, a duplicate Warp Vortex result applies twice just fine.

A unit under the effect of two Chaotic Infusion's have two instances of "Add one to strength" and so would essentially have +2 to strength.
