No. As the rule clearly states it is used "At the beginning of your opponent’s turn..."

Doesnt have 'one-use only' clause so yes, you can use it at the beginning of each enemy turn.

Battle Rounds are not Turns. Each Battle Round has Your Turn and an Opponents Turn.

You can use it at the start of each of your opponents turns.

I know this would be up to TO or pregame agreement, but how would you allow this ability to function in a doubles game? He gets to use it once per enemy team's start of turn or each player's start of turn?
