I primed a bunch of wraithguard white, then changed their arms and weapons. I'd like to find some white brush on primer to prime the arms and weapons without coating the whole model again or stripping the current coat and re-priming. Does anyone know a good brush on white primer?

I don't have much experience with brush on primer, but I heard vallejos white surface primer can be used that way. There is also a reaper brush on primer but that might not be a full white. Whatever you decide to go with, try it on a test piece before going wild with it. Probably best not to glob it on and do a thin layer or two at most.

I've tried the Vallejo White Surface primer and it's not very easy to use brushed on. It's very streaky (for want of a better word) and is probably better suited for airbrush (which is what I use it for).

Just got a bottle of Badger Stynylrez and it is much better as a brush on ... just haven't gotten around to airbrushing it yet, which is what I got it for in the first place.
